Asharawn Wherhold

Asharawn Wherhold is far to the south of Main Island of Wyldr.

Other groups of settlers from the forgotten Pern, those with interests and talents more heavily weighted to the wherhandlers and holdbred, built elaborate Holds out of the beautiful woods indigenous to the strange new planet, now christianed Wyldr. Slowly a hierarchy evolved from those who had been transferred - a convocation of the gold and bronzeriders to lead them all, aided by the Lord and Lady Holder of the largest hold, Asharawn, called a Wherhold for it's large number of whers, supplemented by several dragonriders
