Once you've read the Guidelines and filled out your character application, this is the place to post it! Go ahead and make a new topic, with your character's name, rank, and location in the title - for example:

Goldrider Susan/Nesrin Weyr
or
Green Wherhandler Steve/Asharawn Wherhold

The BoD will look the character over, and will address any issues they have with the character amongst themselves and with you. If they approve of the character without any alterations they will post to that extent, and if they feel that there are any issues that should be addressed they will post that in reply to your original bio. It only takes one BoD approval for your character to be ready to play.

From time to time the mods will post updates advising what would be preferred in characters - anything from hair colour, to height, to the first letter of names. These are just guidelines, certainly not rules... but keep them in mind! They'll assist in keeping the Weyrs diverse. Who wants to play somewhere populated entirely by fair redheads with green eyes and names that start with the letter K?

In addition to reading updates, look over the Character Index - make sure the name of your character submission isn't remarkably similar, either in spelling or pronunciation, to any other characters already mentioned. It'll make it easier to identify your character.
